This place needs to be avoided, they are trespassers ... I live in a Gated Community that have signs posted all over the place that state - NO Solicitation, NO Trespassing ... = GUESS WHAT THEY DID? TRESPASSED = ILLEGAL PAPERED THEIR MENUS ALL OVER THE PLACE AKA SOLICITED = ILLEGAL
